Garrison Support Element (GSE)

Mission:

The Garrison Support Element (GSE) provides specialized functional support to IMCOM-Europe that addresses the unique mission requirements of supporting the European Theater and operating garrisons in foreign countries.

Structure:

Supply, Services and Maintenance Division:
The Supply and Services Branch of the GSE Supply and Maintenance Division is a split-base multi-functional logistics platform providing a full spectrum of logistical supply and service support to centrally funded and reimbursable customers throughout the European theater of operations. The logistical reach includes all of Western Europe (Excluding the UK and Spain), all of Eastern Europe, and the Mid East (Iraq and Afghanistan).

Transportation Division:
The CPPSO is a split-base multi-functional logistics platform providing a full spectrum of transportation logistical support to centrally funded and reimbursable customers throughout the European theater of operations. The logistical reach includes all of Western Europe (Excluding the UK and Spain), all of Eastern Europe, the Mid East, and Western Asia.

Mission Support Division:
To support the Army's mission in Europe by providing service in the areas of document management, food service operations, postal operations, and theater personnel services.

GDPR Programs/Stationing Management Division:
The Stationing Management Branch plans, synchronizes and creates efficiencies for IMCOM-Europe in support of the rebasing and restructuring of the Army in Europe, to include community draw-downs and closures. It ensures that garrisons maintain a cost-effective capability to support mission readiness and execution that enable the well-being of Soldiers, civilians, and Family Members.

Enterprise Acquisition Division
The Enterprise Acquisition Division manages central contracts, utilities procurement and provides library support.
