Installation Management Command - Europe Region
Robert “Robb” Myers is the Chief of Staff of the US Army Installation Management Command, Europe Region headquartered in Heidelberg, Germany. Mr. Myers assists the Region Director in the oversight and management of United States Army installations, sites and stations in three countries that make up the Europe Region and supervises and manages the headquarters personnel made up of US military, Department of Army Civilian employees and German Civilian employees.
He assumed his current position on 27 February 2012, after serving as the Chief of Staff and Deputy Director of the Korea Region, Installation Management Command, from August 2002 until October 2012.
Prior to federal civilian service, Mr. Myers served as a Regular Army Officer, with assignments that took him to Europe, Africa, Honduras, Middle East, Korea and the United States. Following his retirement from the US Army, he returned to his West Texas roots where he worked in his family owned petroleum, cattle, and horse businesses.
Mr. Myers has received numerous achievement awards, including theMeritorious Civilian Service Medal, Superior Civilian Service Medal, Legion of Merit, Joint Meritorious Service Medal, Meritorious Service Medal, and the Joint Service Commendation Medal.
Mr. Myers military and civilian education includes the traditional military schools and A Bachelor and Masters of Science Degrees.
