Ms. Diane M. Devens was selected for the Senior Executive Service in December 2000. She currently directs Installation Management Command's Europe Region; directing the operations of 18 Army Garrisons to support European Command, Africa Command, and US Army Europe missions. She formulates and implements strategic plans, operational programs and procedures for effective stewardship of all installation support elements for these installations. Her workforce is comprised of approximately 15,000 personnel and her installation and base operations resources exceed $1.9 billion annually to support approximately 95,000 service members stationed throughout Europe.
